Rev6 build upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just dont have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you.

This is a core build engine only, which means Rev6 requires your engine here for rebuild.

Rev6 will provide shipping both ways.

Once you place your order, Rev6 will send you a pre-packaged box and shipping labels, which include everything you need to get your old core engine headed this way! Once your box arrives, follow our core tear down instructions by removing any exhaust, electrical or fueling related parts. Once your engine is in the box and packaged, Rev6 will send FedEx to your door for pickup!

Once your engine arrives here, typically lead time is 2 weeks for your engine to be fully rebuild and inspected. Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

What does your new rebuild include?

• – New heavy-duty crankshaft assembly
• – Heavy-duty connecting rod assembly
• – Fully rebuilt, upgraded, and inspected cylinder head
• – Cylinders either replaced or machined back to specifications, depending on your setup – New forged upgraded valve assembly
• – Decked cylinder head
• – Replaced valve guides or inspected for proper tolerance
• – New upgraded piston assembly
• – Aftermarket timing chain
• – Aftermarket oil pump chain
• – Crankshaft bearings replaced
• – Balance shaft bearings replaced
• – Complete transmission rebuild (only if the transmission is married to the engine)
• – Complete oil pump assembly
• – Water pump mechanical seals
• – Fully inspected and machined engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
